Sonia completed her education in nearby Stratford upon Avon and has worked with Charlotte in various capacities since 1998.

 

Sonia began her career working for a firm of solicitors in Stratford-on-Avon where having started as an office junior, she became a senior legal secretary.

 

It was this know-how of the judicial system that led her to go on in 2007, to work for a national expert witness company as a medico-legal secretary, where she was responsible for administration, report generation, scheduling, and training of new associates.

 

Sonia’s professionalism, medical knowledge and organisational skills ensure that our clients have all the information they need, exactly when and how they require it.

 

As our Head of Operations, Sonia brings all of this expert knowledge and experience to ensure that Charlotte Wells & Co are the efficient and organised team that we are today.
