I am a registered nurse with 23 years’ experience in community and hospice services, specialising in long-term conditions and palliative and end-of-life care. I currently work as a Clinical Operations and Quality Lead for a CQC-regulated hospice, providing clinical leadership and operational oversight across hospice-at-home, day services and therapy provision.

I am a qualified Professional Nurse Advocate and hold key governance roles including Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer, Safeguarding Lead, and Infection Prevention and Control Lead.

I continue to undertake clinical assessments and CHC work and have completed Bond Solon Excellence in Report Writing training with a working knowledge of CPR Part 35.
