Frankie Greaves is a registered nurse with 15 years’ experience across social care nursing, palliative care and clinical governance.  She is currently Clinical Governance and Safeguarding Lead for a national care provider, supporting residential, nursing, dementia and retirement living services.  Her expertise includes:

• safeguarding,

• incident investigation,

• falls,

• pressure care,

• medication management,

• care planning,

• regulatory compliance and coronial proceedings. 

 

Frankie holds a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing and a PGDip in District Nursing and is working towards the Cardiff University Bond Solon Civil Expert Witness Certificate.

Frankie has experience of preparing Breach of Duty and Liability reports.
